PK is a seasoned global executive and board-accredited leader with over four decades of experience across operations, supply chain, sales, marketing, and general management in Asia-Pacific, India, and global markets.

As Founder and Managing Partner of ZPF Capital Partners, he brings a rare blend of strategic discipline and operational depth, focusing on acquiring and scaling lower-middle-market businesses. His approach emphasizes professionalizing management, unlocking growth potential, and preserving the legacy of founders.

Before founding ZPF Capital Partners, PK spent 40 years with Goodyear, where he held several senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Consumer and Farm Tire Businesses and Director of Strategic Initiatives for APAC. He is recognized for leading multiple business turnarounds, including transforming Goodyear’s $200M loss-making farm tire division in India into a profitable business and driving substantial EBIT growth and market share gains across ASEAN and India.

PK serves as a Certified and Accredited Board Director (Singapore Institute of Directors, The Directors’ Club – Hunt Partners) and has held board positions in Goodyear Korea and Goodyear South Asia Tyres (India), where he provided governance oversight and strategic direction.

PK is a mechanical engineer and holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and ISB–Kellogg.
